Rondout Country Club opened for play in 1969. The course was designed by Hal Purdy.
The Rondout Golf Club course is a challenging 18-hole layout featuring tough greens and plenty of water hazzards. Several elevation changes add to both the charm and difficulty. This course has water hazards coming into play on thirteen holes. The front nine is longer than the back nine. The fairways are tree lined, and the terrain varies between flat and hilly.

Wonderful staff. The layout is fair, yet difficult. There are better manicured courses, but the price, ambiance and friendliness is incomparable.
